Cornalls Cornish Crab Sandwich

A Cornish classic. Whip up the perfect lunchtime snack with the sweet and salty taste of fresh crab.

1 X 150g mixed Cornish crabmeat

4 slices freshly sliced granary bread

Butter

Lambs leaf lettuce

1/2 lemon

Mayonnaise

Salt & pepper

Step 1

Spread brown crabmeat onto the one slice.

Step 2

Cover with lambs leaf lettuce.

Step 3

Add a layer of white crabmeat, a little mayonnaise, a pinch of salt & pepper and a squeeze of lemon.

Step 4

Cover with the other piece of buttered bread, cut & serve.
